When you contact us through a consultation form, we collect what you provide: the selected program, the student's or guardian's name, email, country or region, school stage and year, school, and field of study. For the college-admissions program, we also collect age and application timeline; for the university career program, we also collect target direction, recruiting timeline, and current technical experience.
During subsequent communication and the program itself, we keep necessary correspondence and scheduling records.
Our hosting and analytics services collect basic visit data (such as page views and device type) to keep the site running and improve the experience.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule your free consultation, match mentors and project directions, deliver and improve our services, and communicate with you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Minors
Our services are for high-school and university students. For minors, we expect information to be provided by, or with the knowledge and consent of, a parent or guardian; scheduling and progress communication happen with parental awareness.
Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct, or delete their child's information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate — such as website hosting, form processing, and email notification services — and only for the purpose of providing services to us.
We do not disclose your personal information to other third parties except as required by law.
Retention and international transfer
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services; you may ask us to delete it afterward.
Our website and data services are hosted outside mainland China (primarily in the United States). By submitting information you acknowledge this transfer.
Your rights
You may review, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing team@lantr.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
